Two shortlisted for Liverpool PFI hospital

Balfour Beatty and a joint venture between Laing O'Roruke and Interserve will now compete for the Alder Hey Childrens Health Park Project.

The two consortiums will start work with the client's project team to submit detailed proposals.

Final tenders will be submitted in March next year, with construction due to start in April 2012.
